These terms govern your use of yumapoolcleaningpro.com and any pool cleaning or maintenance services you arrange with Yuma Pool Cleaning Pro. By requesting an estimate or scheduling service, you agree to what follows.
Prices shown on this website are starting points, not binding offers. Actual pricing depends on pool size and type, surface condition, equipment, and the level of service required. A firm price is provided after we assess the pool. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Weekly and monthly plans continue until cancelled. Either party may cancel with reasonable notice; unused prepaid service is prorated and refunded. Visit days may shift due to holidays, weather, or route changes, and we will tell you when they do.
You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the pool area on service days, including unlocking gates and securing pets. If our technician cannot access the pool, we may bill a trip charge for the visit. Please tell us in advance about broken gates, damaged decking, faulty equipment, or any known structural issue.
We balance water using industry-standard practice, but chemistry is affected by weather, bather load, refill water, monsoon dust, and equipment performance between visits. We do not guarantee specific readings at all times between scheduled visits.
Severe algae, staining, and neglected pools require restoration work quoted separately from routine service. Restoration outcomes vary with surface condition and age, and some staining may be permanent. We will tell you what to expect before we begin.
We are not responsible for damage arising from conditions that existed before we began service, including aging plaster or pebble surfaces, failing seals, worn pumps and filters, improper prior installation, or hidden defects not disclosed to us and not reasonably visible.
Repairs are quoted before work begins. Manufacturer warranties on parts pass to you and are governed by the manufacturer's terms. Our labor warranty, where offered, is stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover storm damage, impact, abuse, neglect, or work altered by others.
Recurring service is billed on the schedule agreed at signup. One-time work is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Balances unpaid after 30 days may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Arizona law, and you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs.
Pool chemicals are hazardous. We store and apply them according to label directions. Keep children and pets away from the pool area during service and until we confirm the water is safe for swimming. A pool is never a substitute for adult supervision.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We carry the licensing and insurance required for the work we perform in our service area. Proof of coverage is available on request.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving the county in which the service was performed.
